We are being really lazy and want some ideas for easy sides or even bought sides.

Sweet potato pie (pm me if you want the recipe), sauteed mushrooms, roasted brussel sprouts. All super easy to make.

Twice baked potatoes are always a win in my book, def agree with Snake.

You said you're being lazy so my idea is out the window BUT

MAN, make some Range Rattlers. Salt Grass recipe is one of my most favorite meals. I'll go there and just order 2 or 3 orders as a meal. Goes great with all sorts of meat. Been cooking them long before I knew of Salt Grass but always used corn meal. Bite of steak, bite of pepper & shrimp.

Or, just bacon wrap some shrimp and throw on the grill. Hard to beat that...

Throw em both in the oven and be done with them.

We are making steaks on the egg as well. My wife got me a 2# Kobe Ribeye! For sides we are going to have this really good Mac and cheese recipe she makes, and a green bean casserole with a few modifications. She uses cut green beans and adds Monterey Jack cheese and sour cream to it, sounds strange but taste great.
