Heading out on Texoma in the morning...last week had to really grind it out. We did have a swarm of around 300-500 pintail fly in which was pretty cool...but no green heads.

I wish. I tried yesterday, got stuck in the mud. finally got out and didn't want to try to back any further.
wanted to today but have to much today. lots of Christmas shopping. if I did go I wouldn't be worth a #@!% today.

UPDATE...
Went this morning...Teal, Teal, and more Teal.
Less than a dozen green heads flew by, about 200 high flying pintail, a shoveler or two and an idiot driving his boat around all over the place...
This place has been my ace in the hole the last three years...been a little shaky this year.
Final count, 1 GWT, 3 Green Heads.

Hunted it about a week ago, had a bunch of ducks fly through like 20-30 mins before LST, after that a few teal every now and then. Looked like a great lake to hunt though!

Tons of waterfowl in Colorado were headed down Friday. We saw thousands of geese and ducks on the water and in the air.
Lelia Lake was loaded.
