Every time a feeder goes off, this happens.

I feel your pain. I had 29 hens at one of my feeders the other day.

That's an easy fix!! Shoot a few a couple of times and they will not want to come back. I speak from experience on that one.

I had a place in Childress on the river that this was a frequent occurrence. Had 3 flocks that roosted in the river bottom and would converge on the feeder, no less than 100 turkeys. I moved the whole setup and never looked back.

Man what a mess of them. Looks like they are doing well in your neck of the woods.

We hunted a place 7 miles north of Bronte back in the mid 90s, and we had hundreds of them, I could limit out at one feeder in 10 minutes. Shoot one, they'd run off and come right back sniffing their dead friend.

That was me last year. They would hit 3 feeders and clean them up. For some reason they would come into the feeders but would only eat for a few minutes then leave or just ignore the feeders all together.

Range rats. They can clear out a feeder in minutes. They can really tick me off during deer season. Come spring turkey season I cannot find one.
