Alright...I need a light for my feeder. I've tried motion sensors and solar powered and none of it is getting the job done. I want something that lights up the entire world around the feeder. If I need to set up an extension cord to it, that's a possibility. The only other thing I want is it just to turn on at night so I don't have to turn it on and off every night. What do y'all suggest?

Solar powered motion activitated flood lights from harbor freight. We have about 6 mounted on 4x4's at a couple of our feeder set ups. You can mount 2 lights on each 4x4. Hogs get used to the light quickly and no longer a need for NV. Wish I had some pics of the set up. This has worked well for us.

Yep, the motion sensor lights. Bought mine at Northern Tool along with a driveway sensor, lets you know when something walks in, audible put that part in coat to muffle sound.
Just make sure to put the lights not to blind you at the blind. Used a fence post driven in ground with ten foot conduit slide over steel fence post with light mounted at top, that way you can twist it towards the feeder.

I've used all sorts and configurations of motion sensor lights and never was totally happy with anything until my big sis got me a few "Mr. Beams" for my birthday last year. These things are awesome. Very bright, adjustable beam, D-batteries but they last a looong time on a set. No solar panel, no wires or conduit to mess with. I only wish the ones I have had the adjustable "time on" option. They turn off after about 15 seconds of no motion. Other than that they're near perfection. Good luck to you on your search.
