I've seen a huge buck show up near the end of a season that had broken off just above the brow tine on one side, and he would show himself more than once.
Judging by what he had left on the opposite side he would have been an awesome buck.
Seems almost like they know.

Once i learned that i didn't "NEED" to kill something, and that if i did kill something all the fun stopped and work began, i was a much better hunter.

Very nice buck, if you like him, take him. Are you worried that someone else might shoot him, if not give him a pass and get on him early next year. Broken tines can be fixed by a good taxi

If that is him in the 2nd pic as well he does look a bit younger with a full body pic. Still a heck of a buck and if you like him I wouldn't hesitate. Just depends on what else you are seeing and the type of place you are hunting. Good luck!!

If I ever see a deer like that, and pass on him, it might be time to quit hunting. I’m spoiled rotten at that point and it’s time to find a new hobby.

We haven't seen this one(not that we can remember) and we have been talking on his age. This year for us has been sorry, and yes somebody around would probably take him. These are all the same buck. How old do yall think he is? Here is another pic.

Been in the same spot. Had a target 11 I wanted really bad 2 yrs ago. Had my chance in mid dec after the rut and he was broken up bad, only an 8. He'd lost about 15 inches of tines so I passed. Saw he one other time the next season on game cam and then never again. Never liked the idea of taxi's adding fake horn to my buck, have a few mounts with broken brows....
