What makes them start yelling and barking as a pack during the day or even at night. Sitting here at camp and just heard a pack get going for about 20 seconds the stop

I assume it can be multiple things. Maybe one found a good source or a pack encountered an intruding coyote or maybe they are just communicating

I think they're just letting each other know where they are. That's what I think. Almost like clockwork, around my place, once the sun goes down. I've heard 3 different groups before. One north east, one south east, one south west.

Building up for the hunt when you hear it get all "frenzied" sounding, you can tell the difference from like when One pack responds to another, or to a siren, sounds different.
