Trying to find this guy this weekend. Looks like a great old and big 8. Saws ton of deer of deer this morning. My buddy that's letting me hunt his place saw the buck I'm after this morning and sent me a pic. Only about 300 yards from me. Couldn't do anything about it unless I wanted to spook about 20 deer off the feeder. It's raining now but I'll go back out and sit and see if there is a break in the rain and he may come out. I'm not tonfar from Georgetown.

On a side note he's been seen at the feeder I'm hunting every afternoon. Y'all know how that goes though! Good luck to all hunting this evening. The end is sight but not over yet!!!!

I appreciate that! Watched anotjer really nice 8 this morning. He was young though and I would like the chance at the bigger one. Plus the younger one should be a giant in a year or two!! Got this evening and in the morning to try my luck. Way the weather is looking tomorrow morning might be my best chance.

The trail cam pics show him better than the pic I posted but I don't have them on my phone. He's a good deer for sure. Looks like his browtine is broke on one side. That's ok! He's got plenty of tine length left!!!

Big 8's hold a place in my heart. My first deer I had mounted was a giant 8. This one is a little bigger!!

That's a great hill country 8!! Not a cull to me. I'd rather have a high scoring 8 instead of a 10 that scored the same.

He's not a cull to me either. I was kidding above. He's an awesome deer!!! Have 5 does at the feeder but the rain is starting to pick up.

Lots of movement till right about 5:20. Then they pretty much all left. We will see what happens in the morning.

Tons of deer this morning. The big one hasn't came out yet. Another really nice big 8 came out. Couldn't make myself shoot him. We will see what happens!
