Chased this buck pretty hard since opening weekend when I didn't have clients to guide and he finally messed up following a hot doe and I waited for the perfect spot to stop him and followed it up by a heart shot with my Horizon HZ Hunter/Swarovski Z6i/168g Hornady Tap! He is leading several big buck contest including Muy Grande down in Freer @ 203" Gross & 189 7/8" Net! He is my first buck in over 4 seasons so I had to take a few deep breaths before I squeezed because my heart was beating double time!

Wow, dude, nice buck. Hella lifetime for sure and well worth the four year wait. Have you been watching him grow over the years or have any idea he would morph into this monster?

Been watching him for three and decided to harvest him at 5.5 after only a few inches of growth this year I feel very blessed to have the chance to hunt him thabks to the kindness of my ranch owner
