Has anyone seen any Axis or other free range exotics around Blanco or on the Blanco river?

Every once in a while we see a few exotics. Not often though. They do seem to move close to the Blanco river as well. Or so I am told by friends with property on it.

West of town they are a lot more prevalent.

not near as many east or north east

We have a place southwest of Blanco. Lots of axis nearby, lots of Aoudad, some random sika and fallow. All depends on where you are but never know what you’ll see.

They are north, east, south and west of town. At least twice a year a couple are hit by cars right at the city limits just south of real ale in front of the Best Western on 281. I work a high fence place north of town that axis have broken in to
