Anyone seeing Rut activity in Sutton County near Sonora? I hunted all last week but mature buck action was slow. THANKS

Im off 189. I only had 1 older buck rutting. He was grunting a bit and claiming space and eyeballing his doe. All young bucks were still running together, showing no interest at all.

I will go again Tues thru Saturday and seems weather will finally cool off. I fully expect rut to be on fire, as Dec 7 is usually peak for us, historically speaking. Hope to enjoy watching them go at it!!
