12000 acres available for full season quail lease. Located 80 miles north west of Amarillo. In north west corner of oldham county, just north of Canadian river. Very Good quail population last few years with good cover and vegetation, mostly blues. Terrain varries from open flats,rolling sandy hills with creeks, to rougher country with large canyons. Watered very well. A house will be included in the lease for the duration of the season, that Could accommodate 4-6 hunters easily. Can split ranch a couple different ways.Call or text me and I can provide more details. Price depends on number of hunters. Varmint/whitetail and water fowl included (duck/Canadian geese) 10 acre pond on ranch .50 to .75 cents an acre, depending on number of hunters.
