consider this if you're building something with a short barrel. putting one on my Kriss Vector in 9mm. heck with that SBR crap.
I am still looking for the perfect apron, one with reinforced knee areas would be perfect.

I'll add a vote for Eric at Blackstone arms. He builds a nice 6.8 SBR upper, and has AR Performance barrels on the shelf usually. He had a heavier ARP Socom profile barrel cut down and threaded to 12.5" for me, and it was a very solid performer.

I built an AR pistol in 6.8 recently and I may end up selling it..
Just too many projects to have time to use.
It is done nicely
