Here's a new stand neighboring hunters put up on my fence line. The back of their cabin is less then three feet off fence. Nice pile of beer cans thrown across fence on my place as well. Hope most of you would show a little respect for neighbors.

Something has to be done legislatively here in Texas about this. It's only gonna get worse as more people look for a (cheap) place to hunt & move onto smaller places, pack hunters onto places, & a-holes hunt neighbors property.

Call the GW.

Sitting in that chair too long is a recipe for hemorrhoids - which would be fitting for a-holes like this - no pun intended.

Looks like the perfect place for a gutpile dump (on your side of course).

I agree.. There should be good simple law that dividing fence lines between properties if hunted, the hunter's stand, feeder, etc should be at least like 100 yards off the line or something.

Typical white trash. They don't care. I pick up after the lazy neighbors every time the wind switches. Another Feeder Corn sack this morning.

Give TCEQ an online report with documentation. They are eager to get involved with open human waste contaminating ground water resources. It is about all you can do legally.

One shot is all it should take.

Find a local beekeeper and offer to host a couple of hives. You have the perfect location to place them.

Exactly. We don't need More government regulation! Solve the problem yourself. I'd be mad too, plant bamboo or something.

I agree, its just a little [censored]. Nothing that can't be fixed by asking them to spend 10 minutes diggging a hole and maybe wire that piece of tin to the fence as a backstop. Unless you got a well there or house is close I don't see that as too big a deal.

When my dad got older and had had his hip and knees replaced he had those things parked at strategic places at the lease and also our own property. Couldn't squat anymore, said it was that or crap in his pants....

Y'all are living in the good old days, when people had common sense & decent mostly, & if a problem was unbearable, a friendly fist fight settled things.

Nowadays, if you do anything around someone else feeder or stand, you could face TP&WD.
If I were to solve this problem like I wanted to (without the law), I'd get in serious trouble. Only recourse today, in a litigious society already over run with BS laws, you might as well use those laws for your benefit.

Right, wrong, or indifferent, that's the way it is nowadays.

Of course, OP could run a little stretch of HF along that neighbors fence.

Lack of common sense and decency stinks, literally in this case. Do they own that property or are they leasing. If they are leasing I'd get in touch with the land owner.

X2

If that doesn't work put a trail cam looking at the pot, aint nobody going to go [censored] on camera. On digging the hole, whats it mater if the poo is on the surface or in a shallow hole or covered etc. We don't have a hole on ours and the dung beetles roll it away about as fast as you make it.

Drive a post on your side of the fence and set a game camera. I bet they move their potty chair.
