Dang pigs went nocturnal. Maybe because I was shooting them...anyway, I dragged out the movable trap, lubed up the hinges, and baited it. Now we’ll see who’s the boss around here...and I could sure use some more young pig meat.

Just had some grilled backstrap this evening from a young sow I took few weeks ago. Good half inch of fat on the little steaks.
They were superb! Keep us posted.
