Honestly I have never been on a place that had several deer like this. We do see the occasional one but not several. If the gene pool is that bad I would have a biologist come and investigate. You're area may be blocked off from the rest of Texas, because deer will move about given the opportunity. We see new deer every year after the rut, some take up residence and some of the ones we've been watching are not seen again. I wish the picture was clearer, maybe there is some damage to the deer's head that prevents him from otherwise being "normal".
