Would you trap it? What lure?

I've trapped them and called them both. If he is really short on time he might try a combination of the two. A good dirt hole set with a 1 1/2 coil spring will usually work quite well on reds.

I use the Knight&Hale rabbit in distress call, brings em in EVERY time.
I've killed about 4 foxes in about 1/2 month, last january.
@Brother in-law, if he has cows, or anyone around him has cows, he better shoot and murder all them foxes quick!

Heck ya they snap their necks and then drag them up in the trees so coyotes can’t mess with them.

Actually they are. They spread a disease called Neosporosis ( Neo spor Osis) If the cow eats where a fox took a dump, or eats the hay where a fox to a dump, they ingest the disease, And after that almost every calf they have, they will abort the calf, and if the calf lives, if its a heifer, it contracts it as it goes through the birth canal. And that heifers calf will have and so on and so forth.
We've had to sell TOO MANY a good cow and heifer cause of it.

Yesterday I put some Mexican style salsa chips by my hog pipe. A fox came over and ate the chips last night as I watched. The fox didn't ask for salsa. Guess it was satisfied
