Anyone ever use them for a hunting camp? Would like to put it up in October and leave it up till end of January. Also where would I be able to buy a complete one?

The ones I've used required out 15 people to put up. They are heavy and a pain in the arse. These are big enough for about 20 cots. I'll never touch another one.

I was looking at an 18x18. There's only ever 2-4 people at the land, so 4 cots a table, and maybe a heater/stove.

Depending on how the frame is might could put it up with 4 people but prob take a few more. The ones I'm use to have buy Y frames on the inside so you have to get the exterior poles attached and then have people on the outside to pull it tight while others go inside and put up the Y braces. Its a total team effort. Do you have a link to the tent type?

See pic above Hot and for a little more money you can get a container Ive slept in both and in the summer with no AC id take a tent any day of the week. Also with the tent you can get a wood burning stove and stay plenty warm in the winter. Also OP said he wants to put it up in October and take down in January which aint happening with a container. Also you can get the tent to the lease with a truck or alone the container would require a large trailer and prob a small crane to take off the trailer. Tent makes much more sense.

No you can have any tow truck driver move it easily. Again it's almost same amount of money. Containers don't deteriorate via UV exposure, containers don't have rat and snake issues, containers are secure. Containers don't have west Texas and east Texas bear issues, they don't leak, the floor doesn't get rainy if you don't have THE perfect spot, containers aren't flammable... etc also all self contained as far as furniture Now the better part you can can actually make money off a container. For less then 600 your container can have Heat and AC. OP sent you a lead on the tent I posted above.

Ok, ones I've used were 30ft and it took a big ole machine to pick them up and put them on a flat bed.

Appreciate it Bobo. I'm really looking for a tent. It's my dad's land and I don't want to put something so permanent on it. Just want the tent for hunting season. His land is in Val Verde County and no one goes out there past springtime. It's too damn hot and there and theres no shade. Hell when I go hunting no matter what the temperature is I sleep outside on a cot in front of a fire. Unless it's raining of course. I want a tent, because it sucks to wakeup in the morning soaked from the morning dew.

Probably. I'd lay the canvas out then add the polesfet one side up right and staked down then move to the other side. 4-5 would prob be ideal but I'm sure y'all can figure it out with 3 if you have to.

Got it while I was up in Dallas last week. Heading down to the land to set it up. Only problem is it's just me and the old man. Wish us luck.

Well we have solid limestone. So we're gonna drill some anchors into it. It should be secure as all get out. I'll let you know how it goes Thurs.

Looks great. That’s quite a bit smaller than the ones I’ve used. I bet it wasn’t too bad to put up.
