I have a ten thousand acre deer lease north of Turkey Tx. that I am wanting to sale, there are eleven other people on it, mule deer, white tail, hogs, quail. camp site with water and elec, house that you can stay in, walked in cooler, needing off for health reasons. new to forum Thanks

10K acres for 12 hunters sounds pretty good --------- care to give more details? Of course the main question would be what does it cost.

It cost me $3,500 I will take $3,000, It is about four miles out of Turkey on Hwy 86 and runs over to Hwy 70 about about five miles from the y of 86 and 70. I dove hunted on it in Sep. there is a six acer food plot were I have two feeders, one feeder I will leave the other is a friends and it will not stay.

I would be more interested in this spot for the quail hunting. What's the terrain like? Do many of the other members quail hunt? Would I have guest privileges? I'm referring to after deer season of course.

Is this north or south of Turkey?
Are the two distances you stated the beginning of the property or something else? Just trying to figure out a little better on google.
What is the guest policy?
What are the game limits?
What is the policy on hunting locations? Do you have a specific hunting area or is it first come first serve situation?
Any other lease rules that might help make a decision?
