 Caddo unit at Tawakoni WMA

Anyone have any idea what is being built at the front of the Caddo Creek unit on the Tawakoni WMA? Just to the right of the power lines a huge rock pad has been put down and a new concrete entry has been constructed. Wondering if this will restrict access from the corner entrance or does it mean that hunting is restricted as well??? If you have info on what is going on there would you mind sharing.
