Anyone know of a place that anodizes AR lowers in DFW? Have a burnt bronze cerakoted lower and wanting to take it back to black anodizing.

Yes it is an SBR lower. Which is only reason I'm worrying about it. If it weren't a SBR lower I'd sell the set and buy a new upper lower.

I don't think Scalpel Arms does anodizing.

Most use US Anodizing; it's not local but they are the best and regularly handle transferable machine gun lowers for anodizing services.
The redo your lower is $150 through them.

Most small manufacturers send them out for anodizing

Yea I saw US Anodizing $150 seems extremely steep. New Frontier Armory out of Las Vegas does it for $25 plus shipping both ways.

One fellow on this forum believes Krylon can fix everything, from space capsules to trucks to ranch gates. Bet he take a can of Krylon and make it indestructible.

Not really tired of it, but I'm wanting to change uppers and tired of everytime I buy a new part I have to add on 2-3 week wait time and $50 per piece to get it Cerakoted to have it all match again. Would rather just go back to black anodizing.
