My Dad and I were drawn for the first time! Anyone have any tips/pointers on this place? Doe/spike only, unlimited exotics, unlimited hogs. Thanks for any info!

My son and I tried to hunt it a couple of years ago. The roads are terrible. It started raining after the first evening hunt and I would not take my 4x4 truck back in to the hunt area. It is rough.

I don't know much about the place, but I do drive by it all of the time. I hope to be drawn to hunt there as I have always been curios about the ranch. I spoke to the manager there once and he invited me out to tour around, I just never took the time to go. He said that he had seen fallow there but they were very few. It might be worth a call to go look around or get information before your hunt date.
FYI, It was said for years that the ranch was owned be three nuns, and they named it three Ks after the nuns. Some people in Pipe Creek are not so bright.

My son and I hunted there last year for the youth hunt first weekend of November, it was very hot. Bring wasp spray, lol. He took a doe and saw a group of very big hogs but didnt get a shot because its so thick. The people running the place are very nice people.

My son and I did a TYP hunt there last January. He dropped a nice eating hog. Great scenery. Take a camera and some good hiking boots. You will need an ATV or 4x4 with a BIG lift. The roads are terrible.
