Anyone been seeing teal around the area? After opening morning the birds seem to be gone! Might be me, but ive been looking all over with little luck. Seeing plenty of woodies and other ducks just no teal.. Big duck cant come soon enough

Same over near Mexia. Few dove, nothing on teal. still having decent dove shoots not a limit each but can normally scrap together 10-12 birds. After watching the teal flights during dove season and opening day of teal season I thought it would be killer. Was far from truth. Past 3 mornings teal hunting I've seen 3 teal flying
