Ok, so I thought all my black buck was out.....Well I pulled out a roast earlier today thinking it was Axis, as my dumb [censored] wrote axis on the package, and threw it in the crockpot with mushroom gravy, tomatoes, onion, garlic, cayenne pepper, black pepper, bacon and a few other things. After about 5 hours of cooking it was time to eat. At that point I realized it was Black Buck.....still had an odor and was tough as leather.....Dear Lord...I went on ahead and ate it as apparently I like to suffer.....Needless to say, no one else did.

I hope that is the last bit of Black Buck I have!!!

As an old guy, I'm obviously older than some of my teeth...I sympathize with your situation.
