It looks like you are taking pictures of your computer screen and posting them, why not just post the whole picture from your computer, it will give a much better view from people trying to guess score and age and they will be a lot clearer. You don't have to use photobucket or similar, the 5th icon from the left in the reply window allows you to upload photos without a third party site and they will look much better.
Deer looks fully mature to me.

Beautiful buck. Ist pic looks 4-5. Second pic, deer looks younger. Still going with 4-5. Great deer.

Sure wish you had better photos. Impossible to give anything but a WAG. No dates or years. And no good looks at his rump.
I believe the deer in the first photo is at least 6.
The deer in the second photo looks to be a similar deer at 3, and earlier in the year.
The last photo is the same buck as number one. Not sure if it's his 5th year or 7th.
No one's offered a score so I'll go for it. 138-144 in the first photo. Gross, post velvet.
