Have a 16,000 acre quail hunting lease in Armstrong and Donnely counties. 1-5 hunters at $10,000 for the entire season. For example, five hunters would pay $2000 a person for the entire season. For any questions and booking information call Clay Pope (956) 763-3232

These people lied to me about a quail lease would not never answer phone and when they finally did said they let someone else have the lease after they told me we were first in line for it.

Did the same to me... Talked about it quite a bit, then would never answer or return phone calls.
Not a good way to do business

I got same BS, I called number then texted, he returned next day asking how many spots I wanted, told him one but I could probably find a couple more people if needed, then I asked a couple of questions about the place (are utv's allowed and how thick / open is it? He texted back several days later saying that I needed to talk to Clay Pope.
Haven't had it in years but never spit any out. I am a sucker for happy endings and strapped cowboys.
