Going to start doing it every Sunday and need some ideas. Obviously don't want same thing every day and every week.

That's gonna be tough. You might change it up weekly, but you're gonna probably eat the same thing for lunch everyday. I do chicken abs green beans.

Well went with pork chops green beans, squash and zucchini this week see how this goes. Trying to save money and eat healthy isn't easy some days.

Do chickens have much meat on their abs?

Meatloaf, good for several meals just change up the veggies, then sandwiches for lunch
Chili, very good leftover and quick, add some Fritos for lunch.

My hardest thing is not burning myself out on one thing. Did the zucchini and squash this week to change it up Hard to find to many options but haven't been super serious about it like I am now. Cooked for the entire week today

Back when I prepped during powerlifting comps....that was hard changing up the flavor and trying new things. Eventually I started to pay a lady I knew who was a darn good cook who prepped for athletes all over. Since I knew her she gave me a friendly discount. worked out well.
