I recently acquired a Remington DM Mountain rifle in .260, does anyone know of a really good load for WT deer?

You're welcome.
Remember, each rifle is its own. So start at least 2 - 3 grains low and work up watching for pressure signs.
Good luck.

130 grain nosler accu bond over 42 grains of H-4350 is what I use in my Tikka CTR 260( 20 inch barrel) for deer.

The two loads I use are the 100 gr Nosler BT over a warm load of IMR 4064, and the 120 gr BT over a warm load of Reloader 17. Either one kills Central Texas deer quite well, but I have pretty much settled on the 120 gr bullet because it takes down the large pigs a bit better.
If I run out of R17, and it'll be a while, I might move to H4350. Maybe.
If I felt like I needed a different bullet, I'd probably go to the 130 gr Accubond. But I don't need a different bullet. Of course, if you plan to shoot deer at 800 yards, those high dollar high BC bullets might work better. Truth is that you don't need the expensive fashionable bullets unless you are trying to impress folks around the fire pit. But you won't impress the old guys.

Nosler Accubond bullets are not what I would consider a high BC bullet . If I wanted a high BC bullet I would go with the Hornady 143 grain ELD x with a BC of .623 vs Noslers .488 and the Hornady does a a lot better job all the way around . I will have a load for the Hornady ELD x and IMR 4451 worked up for the upcoming deer season . I currently use the ELD x with Varget in my 6.5x47 Lapua and it works perfectly.

Well, I probably sounded a bit snotty, but I had been drinking wine. As for the 130 gr Accubond, I didn't mean that I considered it a high BC bullet, but meant that it was a bullet I'd use if I needed a tougher bullet and had run out of Ballistic Tips, which isn't likely anytime soon. What I meant about the high BC bullets, and said rather poorly, is that unless you are shooting deer at extreme ranges, you don't need expensive high BC bullets. Of course, if that's the bullet you normally shoot, I'd go with it. There's sure no logic to leaving your favorite high BC bullet for something less or different.
As for impressing the old guys, or not, I used to help host a lot of hunters down in south Texas. If we were sitting around the fire and some guy was going on about super duper bullets he was going to use to shoot deer at real long range, he wasn't going to be on my jeep in the morning. Too much risk of a gut shot deer at 600 yards, with me doing the blood trailing through the thorns.
There are likely quite a few guys on the forum that could indeed shoot a deer, and do it right, at 600 or further. But, till i had seen the proof and knew they could do it, they still wouldn't be on my jeep.
Thinking back a couple of decades, I really don't remember any customers that I considered really good shots. A couple of us hosts were pretty good.
Anyway, as for the 260, a 140 gr bullet will do fine. I just like a bit more velocity and as close to 3000 fps as I can get, and that requires a lighter bullet or I'd have to go to a longer barrel than I prefer.
Man, is it hunting season yet....?

I have been using in my 260 100 grain Nosler Balistic Tips for everything jackrabbits to deer. Deer I have used it on were small, under 100 yards, bullets exited good blood trail.

Hornady 140gr ELD-X with 42gr of 4451 powder. A good load out to 500 yards.
