One of the dams on our property has finally given up. After watching this site long enough it seems that some guys on here are able to control the water levels on their pond allowing them to flood food plots and control water depth for the duck hunting season. I was wondering about different methods of doing this. I've done some research online but I'm curious to hear what others have done/used to build theirs. Thanks!

We use Agri Drain and I've heard that Seabreeze Culvert makes a good one also.

is this a duck pond/wetland that is mostly flat and shallow or more of a traditional pond? what kind of spillway/drain is currently in place? more than likely the right size flashboard riser will be what youre looking for

Not sure on your depth.
Flashboard risers are all you need if it's shallow.
Drop in a board to make the level higher, pull one out to let it drain a little.
