Here’s your chance to own a great piece of hunting land with a great home site. Located just a few miles east of Centerville,Tx. This piece of property has it all, from Deer to Ducks! The property is 80% wooded. I recently opened up a few area’s for either a duck pond or crawfish pond. There is a creek that runs through the property. The place has some monster deer on it and tons of hogs. I recently purchased a 10ac hill site that would make a great place for a future home site or hunting cabin. There are power poles with services on two different spots.

If you have any questions please ask. I know this property like the back of my hand.

I'm asking $489,999

here's a link to the listing. 156.62 Ac. Forsale

Hello

The place will get wet if we get above avg. rain fall, but not the top 10ac. There is about 20ac that will stay wet late fall and spring. But all this depends on the weather. The deer on this place are big. The night time buck photo scored out at 170.

Well that is about every place near the river. The advantage to this if it happens around duck season you have an awesome duck hunting place.

Almost $500,000 for flood plain? Man I wish I would have bought property years ago! Nice looking place and I'm sure there are some huge deer on it!

Doubt he hits 130.

It is a really nice area though. Just don't go telling people you harvests 170-class bucks on it and show that picture. The scam alarms will go off instantly.

I didn't take the deer the neighbor kid shot it during early youth gun season. It was scored by a TWF Official. This is what the game warden told me.

Update just called the game warden to confirm he said it was 160 gross. This was a couple years ago. The photo was taken at the end of july.

Hey you guys should set up an appointment and go check the place out. The advantage I have over all the other neighboring lands are big.

I have two power poles and two access points which includes an all weather road in to the property. Also my property is fenced unlike the land around me. I have put in more then 30K into improving the land and hundreds of hours.

Hell I don't even want to sell it. I would rather continue to buy out the neighbors and make it bigger With a kid on the way, and My wife not wanting to live that far from town. That's the only reason it's on the market.

By the way the #1 Texas low fence non-typical buck came from one county over.

Here is a photo of the upper entry point.

I swear that deer was shot with a bow, I remember reading an article about it. Strange.

I'm still looking for a picture of a 170 or 160 class buck from those cam camera pictures.

I guess you have a hard time reading. I said that photo was taken in first part of July and you can see this was a 10 pointer the camera angle hides two of the points.
