Hell that's what I work for and towards year round. Hunting season never ends til they put you in a box. They only let me shoot deer a certain period of the year but the hunt never ends.

I work hard, drink a little and hunt when I can.

I learned real quick, it's never to early and it never ends. I'm constantly scouting and checking my gear all year.

I shoot every day. Might be a dozen arrows. Might be six dozen. But I'm shooting between limbs on the tree, on my knees leaning around obstacles, up close, max range . . . Always preparing. I keep a bag of hunting clothes packed for a trip to the ranch or three fingers to shoot pigs on a moments notice. Setting up new feeders, water troughs and stands. Food plots, fertilizing and corning roads. It never stops. If I didn't have to make money to be able to afford it I would just live at the ranch. walking

It's a year round obsession for me! The day the season ends I'm already thinking about the next one.

I'm starting this weekend going after a sika buck

For it is not the quarry that we truly seek, but the adventure.

Once i learned that i didn't "NEED" to kill something, and that if i did kill something all the fun stopped and work began, i was a much better hunter.
