Is awesome! I found a hairline crack in the stock on my newly purchased 20ga montefeltro. Called them this morning and explained the situation and they are sending out a new stock immediately at no charge. Needless to say i was super impressed. I figured it be like pulling teeth to get it fixed.

That's the first positive cust service story from Beretta/Benelli I've heard in years.. Congrats!

Benelli and the two companies under their umbrella(Franchi and Stoeger), have excellent customer service. It is Beretta that sucks.

Copy that. Beretta is the worst. Their customer service may even be worse than Dish Network.

Interesting. I've had a couple talks with Beretta CS and they were much quicker to respond than Browning. However, both Browning and Beretta were extremely knowledgeable and easy to deal with.

Love Benelli.

Top notch company and their shotguns are the best in the market IMO.

AGREE 100%!.... Had the rear stock on my Silver Pigeon II crack at the grip from an obvious poor fitting job, this happened 14 months after I bought it and had only been shot twice with a total of 300rnds when it happened.



I called Beretta and their reply was.....

"Our stocks are only covered for 1 year from purchase, we can send you a new stock set for $900.00"

Your lucky your stock cracked as soon as it did or I have no doubt you have been in the same boat as me.

Had to send a Sako in once (Beretta). They replaced it no charge but I waited like 3-4 months. Beretta makes some fine firearms but their customer service is non-existent. And I'm convinced had it not been for the store that sold it to me sales manager dealing directly with his Rep I may have never got it replaced.

I had a problem with my benelli, they first sent me parts to ty and fix it, when that didn't work I sent it in and they went through and fixed the problem. No hassle. Have nothing but good things to say about them.
