I have 2 spots available on 3150 low fenced acres in Cherokee county just north of Wells tx. Water/electricity available in camp year round. 9 members total @ $3000 ea. Harvest 1 mature buck/culls and does TBD/ unlimited hogs and varmints. Harvest of culls is determined through the use of trail cam photos and decided by the agreement of at least 3 members, doe harvest if allowed is usually reserved for young family members. It is a great place to hunt. Memberships are expensive, but if you love to hunt big mature east texas whitetails on your own terms it is worth every penny. I have hunted all over east texas for 40 years and this is by far the best place i have ever hunted.You do however need to be w true die hard dedicated troohy hunter make it worthwhile
