DFW/North Texas trainer recommendations?

I got my first gun dog this week, 4 year old male brittany. I shot a few planted birds over him, and was pleased enough to make the commitment. Now I need to start working with him to train us both. Any recommendations are much appreciated.

Do it yourself if you have the time. Plenty of good books on the subject. The single most important thing you can teach your dog is that you are in charge. No ifs, ands or buts. It will be alot more gratifying if you do it but you have to be patient. My grandpa used to say there is no such thing as a dumb dog, only dumb people.
