Starting a new thread since the most of the dust has settled in trying to fill spots on two different leases. I still have one spot on the bigger lease I posted on the other thread to fill. The lease is 640 acres and has a big campsite area with storage building, covered area with picnic table, fire pit, and plenty of room for campers. Every member has their own hunting spot and has a couple of community stand setups for a change of pace. You will need a four wheeler or UTV to get around especially after a good rain. I live just seven miles from the lease so I can show it just about anytime that is convenient for anyone interested in checking it out. Family members and guests are allowed with member to hunt with their harvest going against the member's state limit. Will endorse. Mr. Leggett seems to be a good and honest man. Went down and visited last weekend and like the property. Only thing that kept me off was a 4 hour drive and lack of 4WD vehicle around the place. Otherwise it's a good East Texas spot with what seems to be good deer. Would recommend taking the time to see it if your are interested.
