But 25#'s of pork shoulder and 6 racks of ribs are headed to the pit.. Mixed things up a little and used Dizzy Dust for the rub on the ribs, we'll see..
I really hate to do what I am about to do, because it will be very painful for you.

Looks like it's gonna be good! I was planning on firing up the pit today but it's snowy and 17 degrees so I think I'll wait!

How many are you feeding? What time should I show up? Is it BYOB? 7-8 of us are trying to feed 250-275 for lunch after church tomorrow.. On the north shore of Lake Grapevine! Be there around 11:30-11:45 to get a good spot in line!
