4 buddies (I didn't shoot) dropped 35 hogs into never never land in 4 days last week and weekend. 2 with night vision.

Always get a chuckle....when I see someone use the words "Hog" and "eradicated" in the same sentence.

Clearly, you guys put a 'hurtin' on them, but "eradicated"...........not likely.

My hunting buddy and I have said for years that if the hogs ever acquire firearms and learn to use them, we'll find something else to do!
I had not thought about the hogs getting Night Vision gear. That would really be a game-changer!

Good shooting, how many did you guys process?

I think they did 14. Took them all 1 day as they do all their own processing right down to packaging and freezing. I saw a sounder of over 40 one evening from a blind I was sitting in. The guy with the rifle used it (M1 Garand) with iron sights and got 3 one evening from his stand at around 150 yds running. He's good. The 3 in back are Father and 2 sons who know how to shot about anything. We go to Yuma AZ for doves every year and they only shoot 410s to challenge themselves and always out shoot any of the rest of us.
A short dove story- I was hunting with them and they were knocking them down and making a pile between them. Along comes the Game Warden (female) and says, "I'll give you one chance at separating those into 3 legal piles", (we had Morning and White wing doves then). They did it with no trouble.
Last year they got over 200 Urasian doves in addition to the others (no limit on Urasians). They cooked them all.

Way to go, good pork for supper.
