HG 104
100 acres tract of land with almost 60 acres of water. If this property was spread out it could hunt 3 times as many hunters. This is a retired catfish farm with 6 ponds ranging in size of 7-9 acres. Also included in the lease is a 2 acre slough fed by a creek. These ponds have great duck food through out, landowner says it holds hundreds of birds. We are looking for up to 6 management minded hunters at $1,250 per gun. Lease is located on the North side of Honey Grove, Tx in Fannin County.


HG 105
Fannin County Dove and Duck lease. Located just outside of Honey Grove in Roxton, Tx. This lease consists of two large lakes one 5 acres and the other 8 acres. Lakes are divided by 100 acres of cultivated fields. Looking for up to 6 management minded hunters $1,150/gun

Abilene Duck Club

Private duck club needing one membership. This property is an oasis in Abilene, Tx. 400 acres total with 200 acres of natural lakes, man made wetland, sloughs, and canals. Great duck food, planted annually. This lease is for dove, duck, and hogs. Lease has some of the best dove hunting in Texas. Cultivated fields planted annually attract good numbers of geese and crane and plenty of water for some of the best duck hunting West Texas has to offer. Club will pre-place blinds, brush, and manage all the planting and water. All you have to do is show up and hunt. Lodge and additional properties will be added in the future. Two memberships on the club only one remaining. Each membership allows up to 4 hunters you may purchase individually, as a corporation or a as a group. Membership fee is $8,000 each ($2,000/hunter)

NAV-HR 102
Duck and Dove Lease made up of Two large lakes ranging in size of 6-11 acres and a couple small ponds. Total property is 335 acres. Ponds are good for fishing and have a lot of natural vegetation. Lease is located just west of Lake Mexia and winters hundreds of ducks annually. Looking for up to 4 management minded hunters $1,500/gun.

2,065 Acres Dove, Duck, Hog, and Predator Lease. Numerous ponds, one seven-acre lake that is creek fed, and hardwoods. Property is located in between Waco and Mexia, just west of Mexia lake and Navasota River. Looking for up to 4 responsible hunters $1,500/Gun. No Deer hunting is allowed on this property.

906 Acre Hunting lease along the Navasota River in Prairie Hill, Tx . Good for Hogs, Predators, ducks, and dove. Upper pastureland is planted in oats, lower river bottom is hardwoods and brush great for hog hunting. Several ponds up to an acre in size and numerous sloughs along the river that hold water after a rain for duck hunting. Look for up to 3 responsible hunters $1,000/gun. No deer hunting is allowed on this property.

1,005 Acres Hog Duck, Dove, Predator Lease. Lodging available onsite. Large Creek and tributary to Navasota Rive divides the property in half. A couple mile stretch of creek line, rolling hills and a few large ponds and sloughs for duck hunting. Pasture were recently planted in oats. No deer hunting is allowed on this property. Looking for up to 4 responsible hunters $1,000/gun.

3,244 Acre Duck, Dove, Predator, Hog and Varmint Lease. Huge piece of property with good elevation, seasonal creeks and numerous cattle ponds. Mainly mesquite and brush cover, some hardwoods along the creeks and several good size ponds. Water and Electric hook ups available. Predator, Dove, Recreational, Hogs $750/gun Max of 5 Hunters.


Three Curl Club – Lorena
This club is located in Lorena, Tx. Just miles south of Waco along I-35, providing a short trip from Dallas or Austin . This club will consist of four beautiful and well maintained properties totaling 3,400 acres of hardwoods, rolling hills, mesquite patches, pastures, crop fields, 35 bodies of water including lakes, ponds, rivers, and creeks. As far as water for ducks you would have exclusive access to 7 lakes 5-20 acres in size, 9 duck ponds 1-5 acres in size including two constant level ponds, 16 cattle/dove ponds, two creeks that run throughout the property, and a stretch of the South Bosque river that also runs through the property. These ponds and lakes are filled with great vegetation for ducks, pre-placed duck blinds, and will be planted with millets and smartweed as mother nature allows. It doesn’t get any better than this! There are over 600 acres of Hardwoods and mesquite patches on the property that are home to many pigs and deer. For your dove hunting, there are 900 acres of cultivated field that has been planted in wheat this year and has been known to hold snow geese and speckled belly geese in the winter months. There also many rolling pastures with water and tree lines that would make for great dove hunting. We will only have five memberships available this year. Membership will include year round access for fishing, varmint, pigs, dove hunting with guests allowed, ducks, and geese. Lodging provided. Members will have the first rights for renewal for years to come, additional hunting properties and full lodge will likely be added to the club in coming years. One Memberships reaming. Membership is $12,000 each and you may have up to 4 hunters under each membership ($3,000 ea). ONLY ONE MEMBERSHIP AVAILABLE.

Cooper Duck Club
This club is located in between Paris and Cooper, Tx in the heart of East Texas duck country. Only miles away from the famous Gambill Goose refuge as well as the Ducks Unlimited built Lake Cooper. It will consist of two properties totaling 1,900 acres of managed wetlands, hardwoods, creeks, and pastures. You will have exclusive access to 280 acres of wetlands consisting of over 20 bodies of water on one property, with multiple duck ponds. Another property just across the street has one good sized duck pond full of great duck food as well as an open pasture containing sunflowers for some great dove hunting. These wetlands are all beautiful shallow water wetlands built into the Wetland Reserve Program with a wide variety of vegetation including smartweed, sedges, toothcup, hydrilla, and much more. These types of plants are what wintering ducks are seeking out here in North East Texas. We will also have planted wetlands that will be drained and flooded every season, of course if mother nature allows. We will have the ability to pump water in some parts of the club in the event we have a drought year. Comfortable large blinds will be placed on the property for club members, and added every season, currently over 10 blinds in place and brushed. The cost is $12,000 for a membership that allows up to four hunters. We will only have three memberships available this year. Membership will include access for fishing, varmint, pig, dove hunting with guests allowed, ducks, and geese. Members will have the first rights for renewal for years to come, additional hunting properties will be added to the club in coming years. A three bedroom two bathroom house included. Limited deer hunting also allowed for club members only at additional cost.

Im confused.... So is the 12k membership slot for one person and can take up to 3 guests at a time or do the other 3 fall under the 12k..??

Are there geese on the NAV properties? How did the hunters do last season?

You are allowed up to 4 hunters per membership. You may purchase a membership as an individual and take 3 guests or you may split the membership with as many as 4 hunters ($3k/person)

No haven't seen anything other than a few resident geese on our Navasota River properties.
