How do you get yours Fixed mine this am

Doc prescribed; 3 eggs, ham, mushrooms, Jalapenos, potatoes with cheddar cheese, side of wheat toast with homemade Red Plum jelly and Santa's fresh OJ.

Now that's my kind of Cholesterol treatment

The Tom Watson: layer from bottom up..
hashbrowns, biscuits, eggs, sausage, bacon and white gravy.
Add some salt and pepper, mix it up in a big ole bowl...

Takes a little while but it is SOMETHIN else... one of my favorite meals of all time... prep a little the night before and its perfect for a dang good breakfast.

I didn't take any pictures but yesterday had 4 potatoes and a small onion cut into cast iron skillet with 2 Tbs butter and a 1/2 pound of bacon cooked till potatoes and bacon was rendered then scrambled in eggs. It was heaven on a tortilla with a little shredded cheddar and some hot sauce.

Friday morning was chorizo and egg with cheese... I bet my Dr. thinks I get PLENTY of cholesterol.

I have eaten a lot of "great" homemade salsas... and Pace is better than most of them. There is a reason it is bottled commercially sold and successful.

Or one very hard working man.

I like Pace salsa also, HEB now has one with the name 'Marks Salsa" which is very good.
