Patience is difficult some times when turkey hunting but often pays off. Right now you are just letting the wife get the birds, not such a bad thing to do.

Patience is difficult some times when turkey hunting but often pays off. Right now you are just letting the wife get the birds, not such a bad thing to do.

I do enjoy the time together, especially since my dad has trouble hiking on a hurt leg and going solo is not near as fun. Have to brag on her she has learned a lot from me. The last bird she didnt move or get antsy at all and waited until the gobbler turned to the decoy and blocked his view of her with his tail fan then she moved and positioned herself for the shot. Now to see if she can get one with a bow next year Second bird pics:   Have to see what this weekend has in store
