Got to kick back with dad for a little while while the wife is away. Had 2 of these LARGE t-bones in the freezer. Paired them with grilled asparagus, sweet tater, and sweet tea.
Steak was cooked 45 seconds per side at 650 degrees.

I'd eat the snot out of either side of that. How many did you feed?

One steak per person. The "strip" side was saved for omelettes in the morning.

Good t-bone like that, you get 2 steaks, tenderloin fillet and strip. My 2 favorite steaks. Well 3 if you include the t-bone combo. grin
