A good friend and man who knows trials and good dogs sent me this link. It's a interview with Gary Lester a multiple winner at Ames. The interviewer is not up on trials but gets Gary to explain a lot about culling pups, training winners, and describes how the "company" (Ferrell Miller and others) work together. If you ever wondered what it takes to make a really great dog this is a good listen.
