Hello Gentlemen, I'm new to shooting black powder rifles. Just wanting some information what is the best cleaning supplies for a 50 and 54 cal rifle?

What rifle are you using (inline??) and what powder are you shooting?

If you are using Blackhorn 209 powder you just use the same products you use to clean your shotguns and rifles. I use Hoppe's Elite and Remington Gun oil. If you are using one of the other black powder substitutes soap and water or products made for blackpowder work well.
