This guy is posting on several of the Facebook groups. He has no website, which is kind of sketch. He is very active on FB and always responds to messages quickly. Curious if anyone has hunted with him, booked with him, etc. I was looking for a 4 animal package that included a Blue WB, Impala, Blesbok, and warthog.
If anyone has any positive personal experience with a particular outfitter they would use agian, please shoot me the details.

I have not heard of him. That really does not mean much as there are tons of South African outfitters. I would ask for USA references and what professional hunters associations he belongs to. Just because he does not have a website does not mean much, if he is just starting out. For my first two safaris I went with Kwalata Wilderness in South Africa's Limpopo Province. It was a great experience. The reason we choose them was Jaco Strauss was so helpful and helped us get over my million questions for my first trip. The Website for Kwalata is http://www.kwalata.com.Hope this helps. By the way once you go to Africa hunting, it's a hard habit to quit. I am going on my fourth safari this year. Cheers

If you want to hunt Africa, you might consider attending the DSC convention in January, where you can speak with the outfitters face-to-face. In Africa, reputation is everything as there is no Better Business Bureau, etc. The outfitter you mention might be the greatest thing since sliced bread, but there are too many reputable, well-known outfitters with numerous US references offering African hunts around to make the choice of an unknown a reasonable option. As I said, nothing against the guy, he might run a great operation; but get several trustworthy references and minimize your deposit.

I hunted with Double Shot Outfitters twice in Africa so far. I already have a third trip planned this June as well. both trips where more than i expected and then some. Not just Adam and Cody but the places we hunted in Africa where top notch. I was able to spend two birthdays there and they made them both special. They posy on here for Nilgai quite often. Check them out.

Look at the Accurate Reloading forum. Top notch for African questions. I have been over there numerous times and must say " if too good to be true then...."
