2/3 mature hunters looking for a deer lease that is within 150 miles of Corpus Christi. We are both hard workers will be the first to volunteer to mow the camp or cut fire wood. We are management minded and follow the rules. We are looking for a long term lease. We have both been on leases for the last 20-30 years. We are looking for a family friendly lease. We love to cook and spend time around a campfire. We are willing to spend anywhere between $2500.00 to $4000.00 per spot. We have lots of equipment including 4 blinds, 7 corn feeders, 3 protein feeders, hanging rack, two hole sink with built on hot water heater,portable bathroom with shower, commode, and sink. We are in our 50's and 60's and are not wild party animals. We are dependable,respectful and responsible. We could fill two maybe three open spots.
