We run skag in our rental fleet and it is the only brand that can take the abuse.

Did you leave that beat up pos at your McKinney house? Rats are probably chewing all the wires and plastics. You should get rid of it cheap so it does not go to waste. Just trying to help a brotha out. cheers

I have a 54" Bad Boy and love it. It's the Magnum model. The Elite has all the bell and whistles but runs another $1000 for the same width cut.

Only owned my Hustler for 3 years but it has never failed me. It's a cutting son of a gun.

I have the same mower and it is awesome. Real easy to service when needed, and you cannot beat their customer service. When I first got it had a hard time starting - I called the factory and in 3 minutes I had their lead technician on the phone who walked me through a very simple fix. He also took the time to tell me how to adjust the steering arms if needed. Deck is solid steel welded, not a stamped deck you find in cheaper models.

FIL has a hustler. Blades every year, one spindle, and the front deck carrier bolt seems to break relatively easy, but think he must be hitting something to break those.

I just bought a gravely zt hd 60 with the 24hp kawasaki. Great mower with a great warranty. 0% for 4 years is a no brainer.

As you can see through all these post of people with larger size mowers... go pick which one fits you best... they are all good in the commercial size

Good friend in Forney mows 4 acres and has 5 years on his Scag, we bought the Bad Boy 54" Magnum for the farm in Canton, it has been the best $ we have spent. Cut our mowing time in almost half from our JD "lawn tractor"

After shopping around and comparing, got the Bad Boy 60" from TSC last year and used a 10% off coupon. I couldn't find anything comparable for the price and it's been great. The only thing I'd recommend is if you have a lot of trees and some are close together, you may want to measure or go with a 54" instead of the 60". I guess it just depends on how large your lawn is.

I nearly bought one of the TSC closeouts at the end of the season. They didn't have the combo I wanted, which was the larger machine with the smaller (54") deck. Those were really sweet deals. Would have been about $2000 off with coupon and the manager's discount. My concern was maintenance/service.
