Very tuff line of work, more cut throat than any other business I have ever been in. Make sure to keep your word as it is your bond. If you make a mistake, admit it an move forward. Don't cuss every other word, don't over drink, and if your suppose to be ready at 5:00 don't wake up10 minutes prior ! Treat every client the same no matter what they are shooting. Don't brag on yourself constantly! Do your homework on the game your hunting, and never be afraid to ask questions! Dress professional, an be clean cut. If you can do all this then your better than 90% of the guides here in Texas sadly ! Welcome an good luck !

Hello Sir and thank you for the sage advice. I am Christian and professional in my approach to all things. The ranch I worked on prior to leaving for Texas strove for high values without preaching. I treated every client the same whether on a cull hunt or a $12,000 trophy hunt. Once again I thank you for the input and look forward to offering my services to a first rate operation. Gary
