Moving to San Antonio and I have two freezers full of venison, fish, and fowl. Whitetail, axis, blackbuck, nilgai, turkey, trout, redfish. Logistics are going to make it hard to move it all - so the simplest thing is to give away as much as I can.
Backstrap, cutlets, sausage, fillets, ....come stock up! My loss is your gain.
I guess I'll just have to do more hunting to restock.

Ok, more details so I don't have to respond to the same questions.
Mostly whitetail and axis. Plenty of cutlets and backstrap. A little blackbuck and nilgai.
Lots of sausage. Jalapeņo/cheddar, Italian, Bratwurst, breakfast, chorizo, etc.
I will probably keep a little Axis and some hamburger grind - but I will be moving to temporary housing with a single fridge/freezer - so whatever can't go into one half freezer must go.
Once I have it cleared out, I will probably sell the chest freezer too! Have a big BRAND NEW upright full freezer - less than a year old that I might let go too. It still has the protective wrap on it!
