I have one opening on our lease which is in South San Saba county.
216 acres
4 total hunters
Lease is $1500 annual with 2 payments, March 1st and August 15th
Lease electric, $240 due with first payment
This is a year round lease
White tail deer, turkey, hogs and squirrel
Pond with fish
House, 1 bedroom with electricity and water (well) Refrigerator sofa 2 recliners in house
Some designated areas for stand/feeder
You must furnish feeder and stand
Family guest only, it they shoot, it comes off your tag
There are cattle on the property
We have a beer at the lease but NO DRUNKS
NO DRUGS
I have had this lease for 16 years
We keep grass mowed around camp and never leave trash
There is water and electric hooks up for trailers
