Reaching the age where I need to slow down a bit. As a result, I am selling of a tract that just doesn't fit into my Callahan County ranching operation. It consists of 360 acres on Highway 6 between Moran and Cisco. Twenty minutes north of I-20 (when they get the bridge repaired)and an hour and a half from Ft. Worth. The north half has Highway 6 frontage. The south half has county road frontage with an existing hunting camp on the south side. The camp on the south has coop water and electricity. Water and electricity are also available on the north side. The north tract is mainly mesquite pasture with good elevation changes. The south half once was a wheat field but it is now covered with young mesquites along with about 20 acres of old growth mesquite islands. The property is listed with a local realtor and also is on Lands of Texas.

Someone thought too they will hold all the deer the south guy wants... South would be a dove mecca though if planted. Great area.
