Hey gang,

Just got back to Hood in mid-fall from a deployment and was gone since last February. Looking for a duck-hunting partner in the Georgetown / Hood / Austin surrounding area with local expertise. I have a duck boat, decoys and can call / retrieve. I have been hunting since I was 14 and am 34 now. Not looking for your spot or trying to steal your local access, and to assuage your fears I am leaving Texas in February and getting stationed back in North Carolina for good. Just looking for a good waterfowl partner who knows the area and has a few spots already for the rest of this season.

If you are looking for a hunting buddy for the second split, send me a PM.

Andy

I dont know how crowded it is now,,, but take your boat where Cow House creek empties into lake Belton -------- there are lots of spots you can hunt in that area. Normally ( not always) the ducks come in ahead of a cold front ------- aka tomorrow should be a good day.

If you want to make a journey to North Texas I would be glad to have you as a guest in my home and take you to my super secret duck hole on Ray Roberts. I salute you for your service to this nation.
